1. Scope of Carriage

These terms govern all transportation services provided by ADIL CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING, MOVING & STORAGE LLC, including truckload, less-than-truckload, and consolidated shipping maneuvers. How do we ensure excellence? By strictly adhering to DOT regulations and industry-standard safety protocols.

2. Liabilities and Freight Claims

Standard carriage liabilities are limited to specific values established in our tariffs unless otherwise negotiated. Our team handles every claim with 100% professional diligence. Claims for damage must be reported within 15 days of delivery to maintain eligibility. Don't wait until the next billing cycle to review your manifests.

3. Payment Terms & Surcharges

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the ship date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly administration fee. We're committed to keeping rates stable, but fuel surcharges are calculated weekly based on DOE national averages to reflect the reality of the road. We value our partnerships and strive to avoid surprises in your logistics budget.

4. Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be settled in the state of Florida, specifically governed by the laws relating to the Eustis region operations center. We believe in resolving issues through open communication before legal escalation.
